ISP Vs. SBSU Tech SupportYour ISP (Internet Service Provider) is your gateway to the Internet. The connection through your ISP must be working in order for you to connect to any web site, including ours at www.sbsu.com. If you experience connection problems while attempting to log into our Internet Banking site, please check a few other interactive web sites before calling our technical support at 865-2394. A problem connecting to other sites indicates that your ISP is having difficulty; SBSU tech support cannot help if this is the case.
Note: Interactive sites contain log-in screens or embedded links that change frequently, such as Yahoo.
I Don't See all of my AccountsOur system automatically allows you to see accounts assigned to your tax ID number (SSN or EIN) on which you are a sole or joint owner. If you do not see all of those account, please contact us at (435)865-2394 or E-mail us. We also have the ability to provide restricted access to other accounts on which you have signature authority but do not own, such as a business, organization, club or charity.
