How to View Checks and deposit tickets:

A check or deposit ticket with a "View Image" link next to it usually indicates that an item image is available. Click the link and wait a few moments for the image to appear.

How to Print Copies of Checks that you View

• Open a word processing program, such as Word, and start a new page.
• Switch back to Internet Banking and call up the check image that you want to print.
• Position your mouse pointer above the check and using the right mouse button, click on the image.
• You should see a short menu displayed when you right click with your mouse. Select "Copy".
• Switch over to Word, click somewhere on the page and select "Edit" from the main menu.
  • Select "Paste Special"
  • Select the option that includes "Bitmap" or "paste image" in the wording.
  • The image should paste into Word.
• Repeat the steps to get a the back of the check.
• Print the image using your word processor.

How to get a Copy of Older Checks (beyond 60 days)

Our Internet Banking System stores about 60 days worth of history. To obtain a copy of a check that is no longer listed contact your nearest branch. The bank archives check copies (both front and back) for at least seven years.

Why can't I access Bill Pay?

If you are using Internet Explorer on the Apple Mac, the Bill Pay screen will be garbled. Please use the Safari browser.

How to setup E-mail Alerts and Reminders

Log into our Internet Banking System and click on the icon "Other Services". Once the page is displayed look just below the "Other Services" icon for "Alerts". Click on "Alerts" and fill in the appropriate boxes to produce an E-mail whenever an account goes above or below a certain balance. At the top of the form verify the E-mail address you want your alerts to be sent to. Under the "Configure Alert" section click the "Edit" button to choose what type of alert you would like or to enable or disable an existing alert. Under the "Balance Alerts" section you have the option to set alert parameters for specific accounts. When you are finished filling out the required sections click the "Add Alert" button to complete the setup process.

ISP Vs. SBSU Tech Support

Your ISP (Internet Service Provider) is your gateway to the Internet. The connection through your ISP must be working in order for you to connect to any web site, including ours at www.sbsu.com. If you experience connection problems while attempting to log into our Internet Banking site, please check a few other interactive web sites before calling our technical support at 865-2394. A problem connecting to other sites indicates that your ISP is having difficulty; SBSU tech support cannot help if this is the case.

Note: Interactive sites contain log-in screens or embedded links that change frequently, such as Yahoo.

I Don't See all of my Accounts

Our system automatically allows you to see accounts assigned to your tax ID number (SSN or EIN) on which you are a sole or joint owner. If you do not see all of those account, please contact us at (435)865-2394 or E-mail us. We also have the ability to provide restricted access to other accounts on which you have signature authority but do not own, such as a business, organization, club or charity.

• Access restrictions levels listed from most restrictive to least:
  • Deposit Only - ability to move money into the account, but balance information remains hidden.
  • View Only - See account balance and transaction details, but have no transaction ability.
  • View + Deposit - Same as above with the ability to deposit money into the account.
  • Full Rights - Ability to see transaction details and move money to and from the account.

Why am I getting a 'Your current session has expired' message?

When I try to print my statement online, the pages come out blank

1. Click on the printer logo at the top left of your statement
   
2. In the print dialog choose advanced.
   
3. Check the box next to "Print As Image"
   
4. Click "OK" then try reprinting

I can't view my statement in the Google Chrome browser.

1. In the address bar at the top of the browser type in "about:plugins" (without quotes).
   This will list all the plugins that are available to the browser
2. Find the entry for Chrome PDF Viewer and disable it.
3. Now find the entry for Adobe Acrobat and enable it.

You should now be able to view your pdf statements in Google Chrome.

If Option 1 is not a comfortable option leave the settings as they are and:

1. Click on the sites button.
2. Add the following site as shown and click allow.

This will leave your current security settings untouched yet allow you to access bill pay.
