Business users MUST sign a release at a State Bank office before using the system.  Individuals have 48 hours after opening an account to set up a PIN. "Real time" means that transfers and payments will be processed the same banking day if done before 7:00 p.m.

ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER TO OTHER BANKS

Do you need to send or receive funds from other financial institutions on a recurring basis?  Our Internet Banking System connects to ACH network (Automated Clearing House) to make your repeating transfers a breeze.  The set-up cost is $5, transfers are free. Download the application form from the "Transfer" page (click on the "External Accts" link) after logging into our Internet Banking System and follow the instructions. Alternatively, you may call or visit any office of State Bank and ask for an Automatic Transfer Authorization form.

DIRECT DEPOSIT (Social Security, Payroll, etc.)

Never lose payroll or social security checks again by signing up for direct deposit with your employer.  What if it is not offered? State Bank can help your employer get a direct deposit system up and running in just a few days. We can also sign you up for Social Security direct deposit if you come into one of our offices and fill out a simple form. Call (435)865-2300 and ask for the Internet Banking specialist.

EFTPS (Electronic Funds Transfer Tax Payments)

The IRS wants all businesses to experience the ease and accuracy of electronic tax payments.  Enroll at www.eftps.gov or call 1-800-945-8400. Select the "Debit" method if you wish to use your touch-tone phone to initiate the tax payments. Select "Credit" if you wish to push money to the IRS using our cash management system.

FOREIGN CURRENCY SERVICES

Foreign Currency Services: Contact Bonnie at (435)865-2312 to order/exchange foreign currency from most industrialized nations.

• Delivery to the nearest branch offices takes three to five days.
• Cost is $25 per currency order.
• Foreign Drafts cost $5 each + $25 handling fee (cost for two drafts = $35).
• Fees will be collected prior to submitting the order.
